Normally every first week of October, the city center  becomes decorated with flamboyant sights, vibrant sounds and rhythms in concert with an array of floats winding through the streets with dancers on show as they spin, whirl and twirl to mesmeric beats of celebrations along the festival route. Along with savory aromas of roast and drinks at your disposal, enjoy electric vibes by sensational artists of diverse genre entertaining you, friends and your family at no cost. The city can be jammed or quiet in some areas then immaculately pristine in others but the mix of sounds and colors convey a city that cannot easily succumb to boredom
